  too expensive charge daily for hotel guests to park their vehicles .. They charge to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room .

  Rooms were very nice. Expected to hear a lot of the planes during the evening but it was very quiet in our room. Very clean and sharp looking

  Where to park our rental and getting in and out was somewhat confusing at first as a first time customer. The front desk person who we dealt with on arrival did not give a nice visual appearance, no smile, a little short/abrupt. Did not sit well after a 2 hour drive and getting lost a bit.

  Enjoyed our stay and certainly will stay again. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, and offered everything you need. When traveling with a young child, the only thing I would suggest is DVD player as an option for rooms if requested.

  - location is convenient with amenities very close - customer service was very good - hotel laid out nicely - look of hotel is appealing - variety of restaurants

  - room was not dirty but was not thoroughly cleaned either. ie - Bathtub looked wiped out instead of cleaned (was some debris by the drain). - extra cost for parking - at $12, it is probably a standard charge but I would expect free parking or a charge under $10 especially for 1 night stay.

  It was close to the airport.

  It was far from the city, when travelling by bus. The hotel room had a leak which came from the room above, and it wasn't resolved in time, so we had that leak for 2 nights.

  Good for business... Close to the Pearson Int'L. Aiport... Easy access to major highways, especially if you are planning to visit nearby cities or towns.

  An oldish hotel... Needs some renovation... Expensive parking.

  Good shuttle service. I stayed this hotel as a layover to the Toronto Airport. And good cookies!
